Anyone at Vero now that knows where refurb has started?

Just had a not so magical long chat with a CM who told me that there is no refurb scheduled at Vero. Once I told her that we got "the letter" AND the refurbs are noted on the DVC site as January through summer.....she looked further for a looooog time and came back with "it will not affect your room" and "we have not further information"
So......am wondering if anyone there now has any insider info as to what area of rooms they are starting with.
Last year, for the painting project,
we had large machines as a big part of our "ocean view" complete with men on scaffolds only a few rooms over that could clearly see us (and us them) on our balcony, complete with beep-beeping all day, including Saturday - and pool fence painting at the same time. Am really hoping for a more relaxing time this year, so am anxious for any info as to the schedule

I called the actual resort a few weeks ago and a cm at Vero told me refurbs were starting in January (no specific date) and that they were starting in the Inn on the 4th floor and working down. He said the estimated time was about 6 weeks per floor but of course that could change. He did tell me it's a big renovation and things will be a mess for a while.

The renovations started with exterior work to building 14 the end of January. By the first week of February interior work also began in building 14. Interior work began on the entire third floor of the Main Inn building on February 5. It was supposed to begin the week before on the fourth floor, but was stopped after the first day.
For some reason it then began on the third floor. The Inn building "should" be completed in August 2016. The entire project including all buildings won't be completed until March 2017.
