Anyone at Disneyland Hotel to contact for special occassions?

Hello everyone,

I will be at DLP at the end of July as part of my honeymoon throughout Europe with my soon-to-be wife. I was wondering, is there a number to call or an email address to write to that I could let them know. I am not sure if the Disneyland Hotel does anything special for couples coming in for special occasions or if there is anyone I can just pass that along to, just is case they decide to add a little extra magic.

Only email I have found is standard guest relations, not sure if this is the correct route to go.

Yes this is the correct route as hotel email addresses are not publically available.

Alternative is to phone the hotel (see Very Useful Info Sticky) though this may not be helpful given your location

My DH used this email address dlp.guest.communication@disney.com which is in The Very Useful Info sticky. I thought he was requesting adjoining or close-by rooms that were preferably not on the ground floor. Unbeknown to me (goodness knows how he managed to sneak this bit in without me knowing ) he also said it was our wedding anniversary and a milestone birthday for me. We were given interconnecting rooms on the 3rd floor with beautiful roses in my room and my bathroom, and best of all we had a view of Big Thunder Mountain. Bliss!!
