Hi all,
We are not going until 2015 so probably can't even book at least until January of next year. We aren't keen on all being crammed into 1 hotel room so are considering a villa - not wanting to spend more than around £1200 for accommodation so Saratoga Springs, Old Key West, Fort Wilderness Lodge, art of animation apartments etc all out of our budget, however just realized today that you can book a standard/superior orlando villa through disney website. Only downside is that they're allocated on arrival. Disney have said you have to book flights independently if you go for one of these villa's but other advantage is they should be able to tweak the dates a couple of days either side to fit in with flights (obviously can't be sure of which days flights will be cheaper until they are released 11 months before).
So I'm thinking maybe we should just go for this or a package with the likes of Virgin/Travelcity (with villa allocated on arrival) once they become available next spring rather than trying to book a private villa in advance of flights (in case there's an issue with dates fitting in with flights).
Just wondered if anyone else has booked in this way and if villa was reasonable etc? Thanks in advance.
