Just wondering if the left handed store at Downtown Disney is still around, and if anyone who has visited it could comment as to what they thought of it. My son, 10, is left handed and wants to know if we should look for the store.

It was still there 2 weeks ago. The thing I saw was more of a big kiosk. You know, the kind they set up in the walkways at the mall. But it was outside.

There may be one inside, but the one I saw was outside.

It had all the over-done stupid stuff - Tshirts that end with "Left-handed people are in their right minds" and such. But I saw left-handed scissors and spiral notebooks.

I think it is worth a look if you're a south paw and are at DTD, anyway. I wouldn't make a special trip (especially in afternoon/evening, with that parking business), though.

We were there last year, and I thought it was really cool, as a RIGHT-hander! LOL

But, I'll echo what Kaligal said - I don't know if I'd make a special trip for it. That particular trip, I was there for work, traveling with my left-handed boss. She liked looking around, but didn't buy anything, nor was she tempted to! I think we were finished looking in less than 10 minutes.
