Anybody watch "Lost" last night?

Did anybody watch "Lost" last night? If so, what's your take on it? And what's the thing on the island?

I thought it was pretty unique for a television series. I think it is something supernatural.

We were hooked right away. DH thinks someone or something deliberately brought the plane down. It is hard to imagine how it broke up at 40,000 feet and yet so many people survived, plus the front of the plane was so much intact.

Also, how could the engine still be running when it wasn't attached to anything?

And what is up with that spooky dog?

Can't wait to learn the answers to these and other questions!

Loved it - I hadn't even heard about it until a friend told me I should watch it. I am hooked - I am really looking forward to the next episode and to learn more about this "thing" on the island...
