Anybody used the fare predictor on Bing?

Has anyone gotten burned using the fare predictor on Bing? It looks very interesting. It predicts whether fares to your destination will go up or down and then gives a "confidence rating" on their prediction.

Anybody?

I followed it for a while. It kept telling me to wait, that it was 70% (or more) confident that fares would drop. After weeks of waiting, and checking multiple times a day, I just booked the flights I wanted.
