Anybody Still have a DVC Point Tracker Chart

I lost the copy i had saved of the old DVC Point Tracker Chart
They used to send it out to members, the old-school hard copy one vs online program type.

Did anybody save a blank one as doc or jpg file they could you share?

Point chart PDF files for all DVC proprieties are available on the member website under "vacation planning tools".
