Anybody stayed at Gaylord Palms

I never end up going on the holidays I originally book.Went on Priceline today and got a great rate of $93 a night at Gaylord Palms for a few nights of our Christmas trip. We've driven past it before and it looks great (and big!).

Has anybody stayed there before?

I have stayed there while attending a convention. I snuck over to Disney one day and the drive was easy. The hotel itself is fabulous....although seems I got lost in the hotel several times, so yes it is big...but beautiful.

I can't believe you got that hotel for $93 a night! It's an incredibly beautiful hotel all themed to different parts of Florida...St. Augustine/The Everglades/Key West. We loved it.

If you are going for Christmas, like we did, they have a lot of special entertainment going on for the holidays. Be sure to see "ICE". You have to pay to get into it, but it's pretty amazing if you have never seen intricately detailed ice sculpture scenes before.

Stayed there in February for 2 weeks. Loved the hotel but so many conventions!!!

Thanks for the replies. As soon as we got the hotel I was sure to book tickets for Ice.
