Anybody Stay at the end of May?

We were planning a trip for Feb 2008 but now DH may have a banquet he can't get out of. So my next thought was at the end of May after Memorial day. DD will turn 7 then. My question is are there any discounts for that time? We would probably stay at POP & add DDP. Is that considered Peak?

We did this year. It was our very first trip. The discount is the reason we decided to book our trip! In March there was a code out for 15% off room rates. It saved us a little extra $$$ for other things . Good luck!

Oh~The weather was perfect, and there was not a "heavy" crowd, either! We also stayed at POP. Loved it!!!

Usually early in the year there are discounts for that last week of May .. first few days of June.

The last two years I have travelled on such a discount for that week. Crowds were moderate and we had an amazing trip both times.

I'm sure someone will jump in --- but I dont' recall any major ones. That isn't to say there haven't been any.. but rather -- I don't recall them.

Don't know about discounts that were offered, but I do know they had the promotion with the upgrade on tickets that gave you the park hopper and and water parks and more tickets when you paid for only the base ticket. You had to check in by June 2. We did this June 2-10. Enjoyed Disney Quest and both water parks for free.

We always go to WDW at the end of May, right after school gets out. There are always great AP discounts.
