Before I rush out and buy one (or two!) has anyone read/ saw/ bought these Disney books?

"The Art of Walt Disney" Christopher Finch,Virgin Books- Apparantly a revised edition coming out at the end of November for the smal sum of £70

"Designing Disney" John Hench, Disney Books- £25

and "The art of Finding Nemo" Mark Cotta Vaz, Chronicle Books- £27

.............well how better to spend WH Smith book vouchers??!!

Can't you check reviews of them on Amazon, they are usually pretty good. You are right though I can't think of a better way to spend WH Smith vouchers!!:teeth:

I've got the Designing Disney one, have only glanced through it, but lots of pretty pictures and John Hench is a Disney Legend!

JJ Penguin

T16GEM- Yes, Ive had a look at amazon but the reviews were pretty minimal! - but the ones I could find were positive :D

jjpenguin- thanks for the pretty picture info!- not complaining about pictures of the theme parks :teeth:

And Kaylee, they do sound good!.........but now theres just the wait for their arrival to endure ...tick.....tock........tick.....tock :bored: :fish:

However will I make it through those dark nights and long days...........?! :teeth:

A huge thumbs up for "Designing Disney" from me. It is very detailed though, slightly heavy going but lots there for Disney addicts :)

Another good book (easier to read!) is Imagineering by (guess who?) The Imagineers and this one is full of fantastic pictures. This one's probably my favourite!

In this edition of "Book Idol" Designing Disney" has made it through to the final programme despite heavy criticism from Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh, according to the bookies it is now one of the favourites to win ahead of next weeks final show......................

:rockband: :thewave: :teeth:

Ive ordered "Designing Disney" and "The Art of Finding Nemo" after much deliberation! :teeth:

Arrive on Wednesday too- weirdly (but nicely) quick!
