I'm frustrated. I ordered a pair of boots Sunday (no lectures, please - I know I should have done this weeks ago

I chose standard shipping - order should arrive in six to eight business days.
I went online Wednesday to see the status of my order. It's pending. So I called to see what was going on and if I could pay to expedite it, since they have faster shipping options.
No. "The label is printed, it's on the truck, and it's being shipped today." And then I was chastised by a supervisor for not reading the FAQ to see that I would have my order six to eight business days after it was shipped, not after it was ordered - and no explanation was given as to why it hadn't been shipped yet, despite the CSR telling me normally it takes one to two business days for orders to ship. Not counting Sunday, to me that means it would go out by Tuesday - but then, I'm just the impatient customer with the icy feet.
So I checked again this morning and... what do you know? The order is STILL "pending/open". Not shipped. So I called. Again. First I was told the item WASN'T IN STOCK and they're waiting for it to come in and will ship it out when it arrives. Then I was put on hold and told it's in, the label is printed, it's being shipped, and I will have it six to eight business days from when I placed the order.
