they are doing an upgrade on the sound system, asbestos removal, just doing an overhaul on the ride w/o really changing anything content wise. It'll be the same attraction you remember just sound and look way, way better.

yup! Major rehaul! It needed it, too. I think it's going to be closed for about a year.

Unless you can find an "unoffical site", I doubt you'll find any pictures. Disney doesn't usually do many progress reports.
