We saw this show for the 2nd time in October. I cant say enough good things about it! Last time was Oct 2004.

How long have they been doing this show- it seemed like the same actors to me except one guy.

Do the same people do this show 3x per day? If yes that really blows my mind.

In all of our 38 some visits to WDW, we hardly miss a night at the Hoop Dee Do a,d have seen alot of different preformers play the parts. It's always been the highlight of our trip. These people are the best. Granted its the same corny skit since we've been attending back in 1977 but put on to its finest. When they seranade to "Shennendow", it still chokes me up. Goit to also admit, after seeing this show all these years, this past trip I got pulled to be Davies avenging angel, to our table it was just more frosting on the cake. I'll never forget that night and the preformers were the best, got to state that the 9:15 show, to us, is the best. We figure that they think its mostly adult staying out that late and ad lib alot and really ad lib with the crowd, never laughed as much in my life. Its worth every penny to see, priceless to participate in and should never be missed no matter how many times you've seen it.

We saw it two years apart (and were seated at the exact same table!) and only one person was the same, although his role had changed. Two weeks ago we saw the traveling show of Beauty and the Beast and one of the people listed HDDR under their credits.

We've seen the show five times over 5 years, and although the performers weren't the same at each show, I felt like I saw the same one's a few times! I believe the red headed actress (Dolly?) was in 3 or 4 of the shoes. I've got a GREAT picture of her on my dad's lap....his face is as red as his shirt!! The last time we went in August 05 we had done the Wishes grand gathering pirate cruise the night before. Well, Two-bits was moonlighting as "Patch" from the cruise. It was a riot when he recognized the loud group of 12 from MA!!

Thanks for the info. I am amazed by them- I imagine any of them could be on Broadway if they wanted to be! I hope they are paid well too- they really deserve it.

The past two years we've went, the red-head girl and six bit or whatever his name is have been the same. And I think the blonde girl was the same too.

We've seen it multiple times and most of the actors have been the same. My dd, just turned 13 at WDW, aspires to be Miss Dolly when she grows up. She has the long red hair, she has the voice.....she just can't wait to go for it. She celebrated her 13th at HDDR, with her favorite...Miss Dolly.
