Anybody having trouble with "Details" of park reservations?

For days I've been trying to cancel a September 30 park reservation, because I want to make a new one on another day. But whenever I click on the "View Details" button in MDE (app or web site) for that or any other park reservation, I get the dreaded headless Olaf (or whatever the equivalent is on the app). Anybody know what's up? Or is it just me?

Funny I just made bake Mac n cheese and thought why don’t I do this more often.

Anyway… it seems the site has been extra wonky lately, plus the complication of cookies on our end messing things up too. The site’s been aggravating me all month as well. Have you tried another device, in private mode, or dumping the cookies for that site? Hope one of those helps, whichever is easiest.
 
I've been having trouble with a lot of things lately. Try using an "incognito" window on the website...it seems to be the only way to do these things when a regular browser window isn't working.

(to do this in chrome, right click on the three little dots in the upper right hand corner and say "new incognito window). In Firefox, Click on "File, New, and Private Window)

I've tried Incognito mode, another browser, and another device. Same result.

I guess this isn't happening to anybody else? Maybe it has to do with my account somehow?
 

Disney only works on a private Safari browser for me. I use Chrome for almost everything else, but for some reason Disney doesn't work well on Chrome for me.
 
I ended up using the MDE chat and a CM cancelled my park pass for me. The mystery remains unsolved.
 
Okay, I'm at it again. Just came back to this thread because once again I can't successfully cancel a Park Pass. I'm simultaneously on hold for CM via phone and chat. It's just headless Olaf everywhere! :confused3 Different browsers, different devices, clearing cache make no difference, and I see from my own post above that MDE chat finally fixed it last time.

Yup, tried that. Decapitated Olaf, everywhere!

It took about an hour to get a CM by phone, but once I did she took care of it right away. And a text message came in MDE about 20 minutes later. For anybody running into this problem, and not getting resolution from the suggestions earlier in this thread, I'd suggest MDE Chat unless it's *really* time sensitive.
