Anybody have the West Bend Waterless Cookware?

I purchase this through the home show a couple of years ago. And now that my kitchen is almost completely done over I am taking them out of the closet to use.

Anyone have any tips or good recipes that they use their's for? I have to read the book and watch the video still because I forget how to use them.
