Anybody have the Theme Park Select AP? Question on blockout dates

I'm considering getting the Theme Park Select AP for FL residents. I'm curious how often they have changed the blockout dates so far?

For example- it looks like this year Epcot is nearly wide open for all of September, October, and November other than Halloween weekend. For 2020, it shows September and October having every Saturday blocked out. Was it originally like this for 2019 and then later lifted?
