Anybody have problems ordering from mydressuptrunk?

I saw many recommend this site for princess costumes so I've been trying since yesterday to order the Rapunzel costume for my DD. I keep getting to the shipping page and it only gives me the option of "walk in"? I'm not sure why? I've put an email into the company and will call later if no response but just wondering if anyone else experienced this?

I never could get it to work right and never received a response so I just ordered from Amazon. Found the same exact dress with free shipping.
