Fun Thread! Here's my little ones a few years ago at Animal Kingdom. We had a Tiger, an Indian Princess and a Butterfly.

I guess it depends on who you get, because I swear ours only took about five minutes. The kids sat still for every second of it - even the littlest one who was maybe 3 at the time. They use a water-based paint that is easy to wash off, but also will wash off from sweat or if you get sprinkled by water. The hardest part to get off is the glitter they roll on with the back of the brush at the end.

There is one girl who is amazing, she's done ours twice now. I loved her - I think she was at Animal Kingdom the first time and then at Magic Kingdom at MNSSHP. She's super fast and really good. REALLY good. She's got a darker olive complexion, brownish curly hair, and maybe her nose pierced (I think she wore a band-aid type cover over it both times). She did several of the butterfly-faced ones that were so amazing.

And I think the prices ranged from $7-$8 to $13 or so. I don't remember them being super expensive. (Free at MNSSHP)

My son got his face painted as a dragon at DTD in March. It was $15 and took about 10 minutes to finish. He scared quite a few kiddies that day(not on purpose), LOL

I am always amazed at how quickly they are able to paint faces. They always do an outstanding job and DD just loves it!
