Anybody have a Symphonic DVD/VCR combo player??

Tape is stuck..

Hey Shep - we got two of these for Christmas. One for the den, one for the master bedroom. We've used one several times, the other just once, both with no problems. You're getting me worried. We've had Symphonic brand before and they've been fine. Good luck.
