Anybody exercise on Thursday the 1st and Friday the 2nd

I did the 2 mile WATP tape on Thursday and the 3 mile WATP on Friday.
 
I am just getting back to exercising again and I didn't want to overdo it so I just did my 1 mile WATP video on Thursday. I took yesterday off but I will be back with it again this evening.
 
I mall walk and I did it both days. (Three times around the mall.)
 
Thursday, I went to the walking track and got in 4.5 miles. I didn't wear the kind of walking shoes that I should have and Friday my right foot was hurting so I gave it a break. I learned an important lesson. I can't just wear my regular shoes for walking.
 

I did two miles via the "Couch Potato to 5K" training program workout on Friday. :)
 
I did a 50-minute Jenny Craig aerobics tape (really need to find a new one!) on Thursday because of rain, and 40 minutes/2.75 miles of jogging on Friday.
 
can't remember now what I did which day - I think on thursday I took the dog on a long walk? but did I post that I did that on Tues? anyhow....

on friday I did my 4 miles Walk off Walk DVD (older Leslie Sansone)
 
For the first time (on purpose, anyway -- this time I'm not counting shopping or similar things, just exercising to get exercise) since September, I did. :)

Got the Dance Dance Revolution Max game and dance mat for Christmas/New Years, and I played on that for over an hour last night. :) Granted, most of it was the training section, which was lower-impact, but it still counts. :D

Oh -- warning for anyone who wants to try the DDR game... the workout mode program doesn't appear to have a way to *stop* when you've had enough unless you finish the routine. LOL! I only lasted 5 minutes of the 30 minute routine.

Took an exercise break on thursday due to tight legs from dancing on New Year's eve. On friday i went back to my exercise routine now doing more challenging Pilates workout than the 1 i started with.
 
I'm still doing my "Firm" tapes. I did the Body Sculpt tape on Thursday and Friday. I do it just like the schedule says to do it each day of the week. Today will make a full week that I held to the schedule. I should go get the little workout Minnie clippie.

Now if I can just get my eating plan back under control. :rolleyes:
