I have really thin hair on top, which is really bad for a female. I won't wear a wig (because it's not terribly bad), but have found on the web something called integration, which is a cap of hair that blends in with your own- you pull your own hair through the spaces, so it is really only a filler. Also read about something called Hair B Tweenz, which is the same concept. Anybody ever try any of this stuff, even for just cosmetic reasons, like extentions? I want to get some info before I waste my cash. Thanks!

I haven't heard of these, but I want to give you a bump :)
