Yes, they are. We were in D-Street and Disney's Pin Traders at DTD. They are $29.95+Tax

In October -Don't know if it will be the same now- we saw them only at the Pin store at DTD.

I have never seen them at World of Disney ect. Not saying they don't have them but I'm always buying Vinyls and I've never seen them there. I have only seen them at the two stores I mentioned.
