Anybody ever have a problem with a Amazon order?

I've ordered lots from them with no problems. Last week I ordered a digital camera & accessaries. The camera came, but the memory card did not. According to their shipping form, they were shipped together in the same box.

I've sent them an email. Since I probably won't hear back for a day or two, I'm nervous that I'll get charged for something they didn't deliver.

Call them. Do a google search and you will find there phone number.

If you cant find it there, go on a freebie coupon site like www.fatwallet.com or www.mycoupons.com and search for Amazon phone number.

About 4 years ago, I ordered a bunch of books. When the shipment came, it had someone else's order. I e-mailed them. I think someone called me--I remember talking to a customer service rep. She asked me to return the books (they mailed a UPS tag for the return shipment) and I received my books in a week.

Hope it gets resolved soon.
