Though it took me a minute in my mind to confirm it (we have 4 different places where our points live due to three add ons), the points balance online was absolutely correct.
Mine was correct, (Original+3 add-ons) the only problem I've ever had with point balances was years ago...and it was my error, I forgot we added an extra night for 10 points. After plowing through the printouts MS sent me, I found it. It will be much easier online, I think.
They added 130 points on the web site to my account for this use year. I had already banked all remaining points for this year. The site contradicted itself by saying I had no points left to bank and still showed points remaining for this use year. I called member services and they said the site was incorrect as I had no points left. Oh well, so much for a bonus holiday gift from DVC.
Go to the button at the top that says "my DVC". There will be a dropdown window there to click on point totals and transactions.
BTW, ours were all correct too, but it was confusing and interesting to see how they use the points from the two contracts. We own two contracts at the same resort, one bigger than the other, and they try to take points for each stay equally out of both contracts. It does make the tracking strange to follow at first glance.
