Hello -

My family and I just bought some lights (trying to save some money) from vacationlights.com. It looks like a great deal, but I'm a worrier and know I'm trying to see if anybody else has used them.

I only ordered yesterday, and I should have asked BEFORE. I guess because I don't normally shop on the internet....

Anybody?

I've just always gotten glow sticks from either the dollar store or a place like iparty.

I would be wary. I did a "whois" check and the web site domain name was issued April 2, 2011 and only on a one-year contract. But they do say they are operating this out of their home, although the address is apparently a commercial mail box rental location.

I guess, I'll just wait and see. Thanks for the info (didn't really help my worrying but now I know)

So I got my box when I got home from work. It must have been mailed the same day I ordered - even for priority mail that was fast! The stuff is really nice and there is even one that looks like a Mickey head! Very pleased.

Whew! I really had worked myself up.

I got my order from vacationlights.com this weekend and am very satisfied! I saw that it was a new company but I am always willing to try something once, especially to save money. I have bought plenty of those twirly, blinking things before at DW so I know what they cost. Not only was I pleased with the price but with the quality of things they sent. I know my grandkids will be thrilled too. I only made a small order but I am so happy that I think I will make another order for rest of our days at the park. The company will mail them to the hotel so I don't even have to travel with the box. I say give this new business a try--they passed my test!

New company and two brand new posters who are totally satisfied with their purchases...

What are the odds? :rolleyes1
