Still unsure about Christmas Day. Leaning toward AK but has anybody been to Boma on Christmas day?

I was wondering the same. I will be checking into AKV on that day. Thought it would make sense instead of going to the parks since we are arriving in the afternoon and the parks may be at full capacity.
