Anybody ate a counter service meal at any of the pool bars?

Trying to get an answer on this one. When eating a counter service meal at the pool bars there is a tip and delivery fee added with that, right? (I'm really curious about the Uzima Springs bar) But what if you are using a CS dining plan credit? Does that cover the tip and/or delivery fee?

You order at the Uzima Spring Bar and then call you to pick up your order there. I think unless you had a really large order, the tip will not be included, but you have to sign to use the QS credit, and there is a line for the tip. Standard tipping rates would apply (15-20%), no extra fee for delivery.

We have eaten at the VGF pool bar and just tip the waitress the standard rate after signing the slip for the use of a QS credit, just like eating at any other dining option at Disney with the DDP. I assume all the other pool bars are the same.

Most of the tables are right by the bar, so you will be sitting close enough to hear them call your order out.

Well it was quite a few years ago, but it was a TS credit, not QS credit, if you pick up the phone at the bar and order Private Dining, with a $3 delivery fee and 18% mandatory tip for everything just like room service, which is what Private Dining is. I don't know if that has changed, but AllEars.net shows it still that way. That is for hot food, prepared when ordered.
There are a few cold choices in a small frig behind the bar which are made ahead. Those are a QS credit, without delivery charge or mandatory tip.
