Any1 else had trouble with API on virgin site?

Anyone having troble with Virgins API input? I've tried it for the last 2 days, once I put in the info it tells me to call reservations!!

We had trouble and ended up ringing the info through, I understand they have an ongoing problem and it is hit and miss.

I didn't have any trouble, but it was a while ago when i filled in the rather long winded form. Like the thread said above i always find Virgins website a bit hit and miss with everything! Keep trying and good luck - have your passports at hand : the form requires everyones passport number!

Yes, I had problems, but persevered and eventually managed to get the information accepted.

Do you also put the address where you are staying on this form, I can only get as far as the passport numbers, DOB etc. and then I can't get to the next screen.

I have used it twice and both times no problems at all, and yes you need the address of where you are spending the first night.

This is precisely the problem I was having, but I did eventually visit the site when it was working!

Ive found it hit and miss- it accepted my details- or so I thought, when I called virgin over another query though they had no record of it- the lady said it happens all the time and to take the API with you to check in- just in case!
