Any word of December discounts???

Hi All, Planning a trip for the family December 3rd to 11th. Looking to stay onsite. Any word of the 5+2 being extended or any other deals for December?

From what i hear, we the Dec. planners do not get discounts, that Sucks!!!!!!!!!nana2tots

Discounts for December should be released when the current set expire. I'm guessing late August early September.

I doubt if the 5+2 will be extended, but you may be able to get a room only code or AP rate.

AAA rates are out for your dates.

Untrue! Last year there were room-olny discount for FL residents and AP holders that covered stays beginning 11/28 thru 12/26. There was also a package discount that covered those same dates which was available to the general public. They were announced in mid- to late-August.

You just need to be patient, wait it out and hope that there will be something similar for this year.

I'm so glad to hear that. We wanted to get an extra trip in this year, if we don't go overboard on the one coming up in June. I'll be checking the boards for news. Thanks.

I sure wish that a package like the 7/4 or 7/5 deal would come out for December!! I'll be happy with any codes that will come out.

Just think August is just right around the corner!!

We have gotten great discounts for December- I think it is that school braek between Christmas and New Year that is unlikely to be discounted. Early December is one of the most affordable and least crowded times to go.
Keep your eyes and ears open and make sure to subscribe to mousesavers newsletter and check these boards often.

Woo hooo! RIght there with you! I am so looking forward to our first December trip (we've been there in May and October over the past few years). I am watching the boards and mousesavers all the time!

Keep an eye on these boards, especially the resorts boards. As soon as news about the codes is available it is usually posted there. You can also check out Mousesavers.com, Mary posts information about codes as well. She has an e-mail subscription service that informs you of when she makes changes to the page.

Right now, there are codes for annual passholders and Florida residents for stays 7/5/04-8/28/04.

Codes are already out for this August. AP and Fl resident room-only codes knock $30 off the rack rate of value resorts, $60 off of the moderates and $85 off the deluxe resorts.

There are also package codes for Disney VISA cardholders. One is the "7 for 5" package. Another one that is good for shorter stays will save about $42 per adult on 3-day stays at a value resort.

Lastly, there is a "7 for the price of 5" package that is available to the general public.

After reading this post I went over to mousesavers and learned to call disney and we now saved 30 a night at pop century
