Are there ever any dining coup[ons or gift card deals that can be used for dining at Rainforest Cafe or T-Rex? My DS wants to dine at both places on our next trip and I was thinking that there might be some discounts out there that I'm not thinking of! Let me know!

These are Landry's restaurants, so if you're a Landry's Select Club member, you will earn points as well as get priority seating.

This is the best deal! It cost $25 to join, but you get it right back on your card and you get another $25 every year for your birthday. Our sever said that you could put any birthday on our card. So this would work for your trip.

We always find that the portions there are huge, and that the food is not something that is always so good left over. Instead of ordering entrees, try a splitting an entree, or do a combo appetizer and a dessert instead!

I agree, swagbucks is a cool site that you can earn points and cash them in for gift cards and so on. I use it as my search engine. I am saving my points for southwest cards!

5.00 for T Rex and the book is now 5.00 so it would be a wash however, if you would use any of the other coupons you would end up in the plus column.

I just realized that if I have an AP, I get 10% off at Rainforest and T-Rex! We were planning to get AP's anyway! Bonus! I may get TiW card, too, but that doesn't help me for these restaurants.

We ate at RFC at AK in May 2012. They let me use the 99 cent kid's meal coupon for my nephew AND also gave me the DVC discount (10% I think).

Yes there should be no problem using both. The GC is just another form of payment, not a discount. And the $25 is just money added to your card. You will be able to use them all!
