Any way to transfer US Amazon gift card Amazon UK?

My mother just gave her almost 20 grandchildren $500 Amazon gift cards, one each. She is an angel.

My daughter lives in England. Does anyone know if it is possible to reissue or exchange somehow, a US Amazon card for a UK one?
