Any way to see on-board account before boarding?

I've added money a few times to my on-board account and my mother also added some for Christmas for an upcoming trip in February. Is there any way to find out what my total balance is before boarding? I just want to confirm. Thanks!

I think that would require a phone call to DCL to find out.

Call and ask them to send you an email with the OBC amount that you pre paid. I do this every time I add $

oh great, thanks! if there is an issue I'd rather take care of it now than on board.

when we did our B2B2B in December we found they don't even load the information right away, so you don't see any credits or charges for the first few hours you are on board with the exception of direct purchases you make in that timeframe (e.g my Dole Whip purchase showed up immediately, but our OBC wasnt there for the first few hours).
