I've had to go deep recently for Girl Scout cookie season. Our council will not support Venmo/Paypal, and if there are any transaction issues they are on the parent to resolve or make good. I have had to get really specific on the "look, council supports this way of taking credit cards, and anything beyond that may become your problem" front.
