So we booked a stay at Jambo house as our first DVC stay. It wasn't available for all days, so we booked one day as a 1 bedroom (the rest was a studio) and waitlisted the studio on the day we couldn't get, that was yesterday. Today the waitlist came through so now we have the same room type for all days but it still shows as two separate reservations. Is there any way to join them so that it shows as one? When I booked the magic express I booked the way there under the first reservation and the way back under the second one (the single day we booked happened to be the departure day). Now I think that likely the confirmation number has changed as they cancelled the 1 bedroom and rebooked as a studio. Do I need to send another request for magical express with the new number?

Call or e-mail MS, they can combine them into one reservation.

Give it a few days; they'll probably combine the reservations automatically.

You can call DME and correct/verify your DME reservation.
Their number is: (866) 599-0951.

I agree that they will likely link together in a few days.

I like making DME arrangements here: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation/

The people on the phone or at the end of the DVC site's request section don't seem to be all that knowledgeable. One CM insisted you can't even book airline reservations one-way, and balked when I told him I was using one airline one way and another airline the other way. And another time we were coming in after midnight on one day (let's say the 2nd) but we had the reservation booked on the 1st so we had a room to sleep in...and they tried to tell me that I was obviously coming in on the 1st after midnight. :rolleyes2 I just do it through that site now, it gets done perfectly and I don't have to deal with anyone doubting me LOL.

I book DME using the DVC form, then call DME to make sure that MS did their job correctly or if I need to make changes.

Per DVC/DME policy, original DVC bookings should be made through DVC MS. We are reminded of the policy when we call DME.
