Any way to know?

I know that attractions are sometimes closed for short periods of time for an annual sprucing up (shorter than a long rehab), and that January through March is a prime time for this to happen. With that said, is there a way to find out before we leave what might be closed during a particular week so we can prepare ourselves if it's one of our favorites?
