Any way to contact DVC customer support other than phone? Site issues

Did you try to book something that is available and waitlist what you really want? At least then you can book flights. Or are you trying at your home resort in the 11-7 month window?
Not home resort (home is booked solid) Was the only one showing availability for our dates (Nov) and that they were open. Apparently they are not...

I had been trying to get a Bwv standard studio in November. I was never successful, but wonder how many others went for the same room. A Bwv standard in November under 7 months is the unicorn of F&W. 😆

Probably a sure thing that if it was showing it was one of the rooms that is in error.

And so is a standard BLT studio in late November/early December, but I was able to get that less than 7 months via stalking. Of course, that was long before all of this recent nonsense started! But those unicorns do show up every so often!

So the reply via email i got was below in quotes, a non answer. I guess they source out all the IT /database work. Hopefully they resolve this seemingly easy fix. Personally don't understand how this would be an issue after all these years of DVC.

"We appreciate your concern. The challenges you are facing with online booking on DisneyVacationClub.com have been brought to the attention of our IT Partners. They are working on identifying the cause so that they can correct these challenges as quickly as possible. The challenge is that you are seeing false availability, as in the accommodation is not really available although you see it on the availability screen. We again apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your continued patience as we hope to have this resolved soon.

In the meantime, if you have not done so already and wish to arrange a waitlist or have additional questions, we invite you to contact Member Services by phone to speak with a Vacation Advisor."

Makes me if there has been some level of breach or virus that showed up?

In April they had the similar issue with VGC where people booked when there were no rooms truly there but the system didn’t block like now.

Just Weird that it showed up out of nowhere.
