Any wasp repellant suggestions?

I love the nice weather, but I can barely stand to go outside due to my unhealthy fear of wasps. I'd love to sit on the deck and read the paper, drink my morning coffee, etc, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

I thought about traps, but the traps actually attract them in order to trap them, so that's out. I have dogs so most chemicals are out of the question too.

I wanna go outside, I really do.

I did a quick search Jules and found this Natural Wasp and Hornet Killer that's made out of different plant oils.


I couldn't find any info as far as how safe it is around pets, but it might be worth checking into. . . good luck with it!
