Any updates on Reign of Kong, Hulk, etc. opening dates?

What's the latest hubbub regarding opening dates for Kong and Hulk. I'm also curious about Mako at Seaworld.

We're either going in early June or late August depending on the status of these rides.

If the opening of those rides is a deal changer for you, and if you're at liberty to go late august (after school resumes) you might as well start planning for august
That way you'll be almost sure and probably hit lower crowds

Nothing official.If those rides are important, I would go in August ( which is why we are going in late August)

We'd like to go the first week of June because our AP's expire before the end of August. For what it's worth, crowds the first week of June are very comparable to the end of August. June may have been less busy actually the past couple of years - especially this year with people postponing trips until Kong, Hulk (re)open.

i read that atricks posted media dates are June 22-24

so opening will be around that time period.

I am with Mac on this..Media Preview is June 22-24 for both Kong and Sapphire Falls.Opening will be around then which goes with the previously mentioned black out date of June 23

We are booked in to stay at Hard Rock Hotel the 23rd and 24th June and I am panicking at bit now. If a media event is being held does that mean we have no chance of riding Kong? What sort of effect will these events have on the rest of the park?. We probably wont get back to Universal for a couple of years, cant believe we have hit such a busy weekend!

Spent a bit of time thinking about it today and decided to keep our reservation and hopefully just head up to Universal a couple of times during the two weeks we are there prior to our Universal days. Will then keep our fingers crossed we strike lucky with Kong soft openings and also maybe get a few other things done at the parks in case it is crazy busy that weekend. At least we still have hope of seeing it before we go home!
