We are heading south of Orlando for vacation, but thought we might stay one night at Universal to visit WWHP. We would like to stay on site to take advantage of the extra hour. We have been to Universal 2 years ago, just before WWHP opened. There are 5 peole in my family...3 kids ages 12, 10, and 7, my DH and myself. Do any of the Universal hotels have rooms for 5 people?

Thanks

They will all allow 5. One will have to sleep on a rollaway, which is an extra charge, or you can bring an air bed.

All Universal Hotels sleep 5. The RPR has the smallest rooms of the 3 onsite hotels at 335 sq ft. The standard rooms at HRH are 375 sg ft or if there are any available during your time you can get a Deluxe room that has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa that's 500 sg ft. (This is where we are staying with our 3 boys who are 17, 14, and 10). The PBH has standard rooms that are 450 sq ft. I will say that last time we went our kids were about the same ages as yours are and we stayed in a standard at RPR and brought our own air mattress. There was plenty of room since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. I think since you are only staying one night that it would be fine for your family :)

We stayed at the HRH with 3 adults and two teenagers in one room. We had no problems with space and just folded the rollaway up until it was used. Since our two are now in their 20s, even though there are only 4 of us travelling we now get connecting rooms since two bathrooms is a necessity.
