Any Travel Agents here???

Have any of you attended the On-Site Educational Program? Do you know how often they run it and about what time of year? I know the last one was early December. Was hoping they would have one this summer.

I am scheduled to do the Ship Tour of the Wonder in May, but don't want to spend a day away from my friends/family, if I am going to get to go once again soon anyway...since that is the ship tour that goes with the ONEProgram.

Anyone know?!

Last Month but I don't think there was a DCL Ship tour included. They did do one last summer...maybe early Aug if memory serves me correctly, so perhaps there'll be another this summer too. Call and ask maybe?

Last month? I have watched the TA website like a hawk and called several times and was told the last was December and they didn't know when the next one was. SHOOT! Maybe the one last month was different than what I am watching for??

LIke I said, I have called and they never have any information.

And from what I know, they always do the ship tour, says right on the site it is included. Hmmmm

So, you were there last month, where was it held?

Timing was off for me
It was towards the end of March. Grand Floridian and didn't incl a ship tour. It is my understanding, and God knows I could be wrong, that unless you have done one onsight TA Program, you aren't elgible for one that includes one with a Ship tour included. Now remember too, I am in Canada. We go to the Canadian website so maybe the dates are different? Some girls in the office did the onsite one as well, and it was after the summer last year. Not Dec..memory fails me. As usual

Ahh, I wonder if the Canada thing is it. There wasn't one last month at all, per my website or the lady I spoke with, or the one I emailed with. And ours was at CSR, NOT GF...how very nice.

And the one in December, did include a ship tour on Thursday. All we have to do is complete the College of Disney Knowledge.

I will call once again tomorrow, as I really don't want to do it twice.

Could be the Canada difference. I am not sure where I thought I saw that there wasn't a ship inspection unless it was the 2nd time around because I can see nowhere it is mentioned now other than having completed the CDK?? The one before the GF was at AKL, maybe in the Fall? I imagine they have to break them up or it could get very busy indeed!

I've been a couple of times, once in Dec and the other one in Feb(I think). They normally chose the 'slower' times and the resort is based on what's available at the time(most of the time they don't all that far in advance). Both times I attended a ship tour/lunch was included.

i did one few yrs ago ... how i got my back door tag actually ... but that is another story for a different day!

ours was in late november ... we stayed at BWI and did a ship tour one day
