My DH has GOT to get his cholesterol down, and the app I use (livestrong my plate) only calculates "fat" calories, it doesn't break down sat and trans fat. Are there any out there that do this? Thanks!
Myfitnesspal will break things down and if you know the amount you should stay under it will alert you if you ate a lot of sat and trans fat or if you went over. It also has a lot of labels in their database so it is easy. You can also put labels in yourself or even scan UPC codes to upload directly.
