Any tips for people without EE privilege on an EE day?

So three of the days during our upcoming trip [in 2 days ] are EE days. Any tips for going about the park in the morning?

Would Fantasyland be crowded that we should go to the other lands first? We've got a 2 and 5 year old so eventually we'll be in Fantasyland. Is morning still better than later in the day?

Do they let you in the parks 15 minutes prior to official opening time? or 30 minutes? I remember the non EE guest being "held" back until official opening time but I can't recall how early they let them into the parks?

First thing you'll want to do is hit up Fantasyland, if that's the big ticket item for your kids. Lines are never bad first thing in the morning anywhere, even for us non-EE folks on EE days, just be sure to get there when the park opens, or even earlier if you don't mind waiting in line for the gates to open up, and get in all of your favorite rides before 11 or noon.

EE days when you do not have EE are typically days to avoid Fantasyland. Also those are good days to hop to DCA when it opens. Depending on our energy level, we either sleep in and skip DL and go straight to DCA on such EE mornings, or we spend some time in DL picking up a few FPs, going on some rides while avoiding Fantasyland.

If you decide to wait on Fantasyland, then go do those rides while the first parade is going on.

Sleep in and go to the park at 10AM and laugh at the guest who had to wake up at 7AM.

I went the Saturday before Thanksgiving, which was an EE day and hit up Fantasyland first thing in the morning at opening. I am glad I did because at approx 10:30, the crowds came in droves and everything in FL was at least a 20 minute wait, with Peter Pan and Dumbo being the longest at about 45 minutes each.

Get through FL and Toontown at opening, then IASW. IMO, this is the perfect start if you have little ones.
