First, I've read all the Airbnb info on these cancellations -- and I know what Airbnb's policies are.
We had a big Alaska trip planned with 4 Airbnb reservations. I have canceled two of them with 100% refunds, but the other two have more strict cancellation policies and only have 50% refunds, minus the Airbnb booking fees...and of course, these were our two biggest reservations and the amount involved is substantial.
I have jumped through the hoops required, and a "case manager" has been assigned to handle our request. Everything has been very positive so far.
Does anybody have any insight into dealing with the case manager?
