Any tips for a December Escape Sea Breeze Point Bride???

My fiance and I are doing an Escape wedding December 24 at Sea Breeze Point. I have POURED over all the discussions on here about the location and such but I just wanted to know if anyone had any tips or suggestions about Escape packages...or the location from their own experiences.

What do the seats the SBP look like? I have seen the outdoor, stack-able, plastic white lawn/patio chairs AND white wooden, slated folding chairs? Which ones are standard? Does anyone know if you have to pay extra for the white folding ones?

My fiance is a photographer so that is the MOST important thing to us and we are so anxious/nervous that the photographer that Disney provides won't be up to our standards because we have such high expectations. Does anyone have any opinions about their Disney photographer? Does everyone hire an outside photographer too? Suggestions?

Which chairs come STANDARD with Sea Breeze Point? The plastic patio white that stack? Or those white, wooden folding ones? Anyone know? I've seen both in people's pictures.
