My youngest DD (4) had a Tinkerbell party last year, and this is what I did.... found a cake place that had a Tinkerbell decoration. She was sitting on a treestump, in a flower. Very cute. There were boys attending, so I kind of mixed the Pixie/Pirate theme. We had a Treasure Hunt. I had a huge pile of straw, and hid in it little cloth bags (that I made out of Tinkerbell material), and in the bags were gold nuggets (painted gold rocks). ONce the kids found their gold, they were allowed to come to the Treasure Chest (my old college footlocker..done up) and pick out their prize. We had a pinata... a flower. I made fairy wreaths for the girls to wear and pirate eye patches for the boys. We blew bubbles too. In the goody bags, were Pixie Sticks and bubbles, along with various other typical goody bag stuffings. It was a great party... very simple. I was able to find the Tinkerbell plates, napkins, cups, tablecloth, balloons, etc.. at our local party store. I believe, that they still have it.
