Any timeline for Soarin to re open?

We have just a quick 2 day trip to DL on the 11th and 12th of February. I am not sure if the new WOC show will be running but if not and Soaring is not up... we may skip DCA all together.

Disneyland website has it listed as closing during the week but reopening Fri-Sat. so for your dates it would be open on the 12th. We are there that week as well so I'll be sure to catch it on Friday since it will be closed for us earlier in the week.
