Any thoughts on the Sheraton Park Hotel?

Any opinions about The Sheraton Park Hotel At The Anaheim Resort (1855 South Harbor Boulevard)? Our choice for exterior motel is CCI but I wanted to get opinions on one interior hotel. The website & photos are nice & it gets decent reviews on tripadvisor.

It is a very nice hotel. We have stayed there three times and the rooms are modern, spacious and the Disney facing rooms have quite the view. And don't forget the heavenly Sheraton beds! We did however not appreciate the high parking fees and the front desk staff was not nearly as friendly or helpful as the staff at the Sheraton on Ball. I really like both hotels and would not hesitate to recommend either. We had a big breakfast at their restaurant one morning and it was really good. Have a fabulous trip, you will not regret the Sheraton Park.

Oh, and a lot of people walk but we are lazy bums and took the ART shuttle. It was a bit far for my tired legs and feet to endure after taking on the parks. Three big pluses to the CCI are the free (dedicated) shuttle, free breakfast and free parking. But it is an older motel. I really like both places.
