Any Thoughts On Song?

The one thing I have learned is that any airline can have good and bad days, agents, cities, etc...

I don't really think that there is a dramatic difference between most of them. It just depends on your experiences. For example some people love American, I have had one too many bad experiences. Some people won't fly Delta, I am on them every week.

I flew on SONG out of dulles on 9/17 and returned on 9/24. I had no problem either flight. Actually I had better than average service. I was due to leave on 9/18, but with the announcement regarding ISABEL, I quickly called Delta and they were wonderful. They changed all 6 of our seats to the flight the day before and as advertised no fees for chaning or increase in fare. The flight on SONG (which had only started leaving out of Dulles a week earlier) was prefect. Left on time (mid-day) arrived on time and the return flight was just as good. No problem here at all.

Flew Song From BDL on September 21. Great flight..Food was very good no problems. Really liked the new terminal at BDL.
Song just started to fly out of BDL on Sptember 17. I would give them some time to work out the kinks. I like the atmospere on Song..upbeat. Once the get the t.vs's it will be even better.

I called Jetblu to see if the will fly out of BDL. They said not at this time nor in the foreseable future. Thats o.k I don't like the airbus planes anyway.

I've been debating whether to book with Delta or AA and had finally come down to a decision. My plans were to book our flight with Delta (Song) this Thursday. The fare is acceptable and the itinerary is perfect for us. I'm just wondering whether the scheduling will be ironed out by then. Our travel dates are firm and I can't afford to have a major change in departure/return times.
