Any suggestions for drive from MA to Lorton, VA (Autotrain)

We going to Disney May 2nd via Autotrain! We plan on leaving Northern, MA (Methuen) at 4:30 am to get to Lorton, VA (est. through AAA 8 hours) by 2:00 pm - we need to have the car boarded by 3:00 (latest) - I do not want to be stuck in some awful traffic around Washington - hopefully it won't be that bad. We are traveling on a Thursday and when we usually drive from home to WDW we are usually at the Delaware Mem. Bridge in 6 1/2 hours. How long do you figure it will be from that point to Lorton -

I would plan extra time in case there are problems around the Springfield, VA interchange on I95 in Northern VA. Also, I would plan to arrive earlier than 2 pm. You may want to check in & then take a quick trip to Lorton to get a bite of lunch before you turn over your vehicle. Have fun!
