Any special not to miss Holiday snacks?

We will be leaving 12-18 for our special Holiday trip, and would like to know if there are any not to miss Holiday treats??

I've not had one, but I'll definitely be in hot pursuit of a mint chocolate sundae at Ghirardelli in DTD.

They sell the most amazing smelling roasted nuts (almonds, maybe?) at the Grand Floridain during the holiday season. They have little vendor carts in different places. I think they have cinnamon and maybe sugar on them. I'm not really sure. I don't like any kind of nuts, so I haven't eaten them - but they smell HEAVENLY and they seem very "Christmassy".

You can choose the type of nuts (there are 2 - not sure which ones, maybe pecans) and they are also at Epcot just at the walkway going toward Spaceship Earth.

We're both mint chocolate nuts, and this was very, very good. I started my diet early, so I can't go back but it was worth it to try it once.

We've tried the nuts at other places, and they always smell better than they taste. I'm a nut "nut," too.
